  • Chop the buckwheat tortillas into triangles with a kitchen scissors (you can also use an ordinary scissors that you use only for that purpose). The simplest way to chop into triangles is shown in the photos. You can also chop 2 tortillas at the same time if you are in a hurry.
  • Place the chopped tortilla triangles in a deeper bowl and add olive oil to the bowl. Pick the pieces up one by one and bring them back to the bowl to make sure that they are all coated with oil on both sides (this is necessary so that the spices can stick nicely on them).
  • Add the spices and parmesan, then mix well with your hands so that all the ingredients stick nicely on the triangles.
  • Put the triangles in a baking tray lined with paper and bake for about 20 minutes, on 180 degrees. During baking, remove the pan once to separate some of the chips that may have stuck together due to the parmesan. Try one piece of chips, if it's crisp enough, take them out of the oven.
  • Allow them to cool for 10 minutes and then, they are all yours!
