- Mix the ingredients for the dough until they are well-blended. Cover the baking tray with a little oil and place half of the dough, flattened into a rectangular shape, and make sure it will be 1cm high.
- Sprinkle the placed dough with mixed seeds: peeled sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and flaxseed.
- Arrange the filling over the dough and place a few slices of butter in different places over the filling.
- Place the second half of the dough over the filling. Coat the whole pie with a beaten egg and sprinkle again with the mixture of seeds. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
