  • Chop the onions, carrots and mushrooms and fry them in 1 tablespoon of butter (you can fry them directly in a pot).
  • Add the rice and fry it a little, then pour 4 cups of water.
  • Add salt or the vegetable spice and cook until the rice is cooked through and you get a thick risotto (then mix with a wooden spoon).
  • As soon as the risotto is ready, add another 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of garlic spread.
  • Mix and serve with grated Parmesan.
