Risotto Garlic-Fungi ??

This creamy Mushroom Risotto with tasty, garlic-butter-mushroom flavor is a magnificent mushroom recipe worthy of serving at your personal restaurant (read: home). You can serve it either for lunch or for dinner.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 4 cup of water
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp garlic spread
  • 1 tsp vegetable spice or salt
Instructions
  1. Chop the onions, carrots and mushrooms and fry them in 1 tablespoon of butter (you can fry them directly in a pot).
  2. Add the rice and fry it a little, then pour 4 cups of water.
  3. Add salt or the vegetable spice and cook until the rice is cooked through and you get a thick risotto (then mix with a wooden spoon).
  4. As soon as the risotto is ready, add another 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of garlic spread.
  5. Mix and serve with grated Parmesan.
