Risotto Garlic-Fungi ??
This creamy Mushroom Risotto with tasty, garlic-butter-mushroom flavor is a magnificent mushroom recipe worthy of serving at your personal restaurant (read: home). You can serve it either for lunch or for dinner.

Ingredients

mushrooms

butter

garlic spread

vegetable spice or salt
Instructions

Chop the onions, carrots and mushrooms and fry them in 1 tablespoon of butter (you can fry them directly in a pot).

Add the rice and fry it a little, then pour 4 cups of water.

Add salt or the vegetable spice and cook until the rice is cooked through and you get a thick risotto (then mix with a wooden spoon).

As soon as the risotto is ready, add another 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of garlic spread.

Mix and serve with grated Parmesan.
