  • Strain the oranges, add a small amount of cold water, and mix in a blender to get a foamy texture and homogeneous taste.
  • Put the juice in glasses (more than half glass should be filled with orange juice). After that, put the ice cubes in the juice.
  • Pour the hot espresso into the glass with the juice very slowly and with a very thin jet for the purpose to get nice layers. If desired, it can be sweetened with a teaspoon of brown sugar.
