Orange Espresso

With the increase in temperatures in the spring, you can hardly wait to enjoy a delicious and refreshing coffee. That's why I recommend a coffee recipe with orange juice that is perfect for refreshing on hot days.

Ingredients
  • 4 oranges
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 cup of hot esspeso (or any black coffee)
  • 1 tbsp cold water
Instructions
  1. Strain the oranges, add a small amount of cold water, and mix in a blender to get a foamy texture and homogeneous taste.
  2. Put the juice in glasses (more than half glass should be filled with orange juice). After that, put the ice cubes in the juice.
  3. Pour the hot espresso into the glass with the juice very slowly and with a very thin jet for the purpose to get nice layers. If desired, it can be sweetened with a teaspoon of brown sugar.
