  • Fry the onion in a pan with a little olive oil, add the cleaned spinach and fry until soft.
  • Add the rice and continue to fry until it becomes slightly translucent. In addition to rice, you can also add chopped carrots.
  • Add boiling water to cover the spinach, add salt and diced soup, stir and place the pan in the oven.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Before the end, make indentations in the dish and add the eggs on top. Return the pan to the oven to bake for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with sour cream or sour milk.
