- Put paper in a baking pan and put 4x1/2 of tortillas, arranged so that they form a platform without gaps.
- Coat with garlic spread and put red beans, mozzarella, mushrooms, corn, and spices on the spread.
- Sprinkle with tomato puree (drizzle it with a spoon) and arrange a new row of tortillas. Repeat the procedure until the last row of tortillas, and then put only a mixture of sour water, olive oil, and dried parsley on that last final row.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, then take out the pan and coat it with a mixture of egg, yogurt, and tomato puree.
- Bake for another 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, take out the pan, and grate some delicious cheese over the lasagna.
