- Mix the cooked quinoa and the ground flax seed and place the mixture on a tart baking tray (22mm). Bake for 20 minutes on 220 degrees.
- Scramble the eggs and whisk them good in a large bowl. Add all of the other ingredients and pour the mixture over the baked quinoa-flaxseed base. Bake for another 30 minutes on 200 degrees.
