Healthy Cheese-Quinoa Tart

Ingredients
    Crust (22mm tart tray)
  • 100 g quinoa (cooked)
  • 3 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Filling
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g white cheese
  • 100 g feta cheese or mozzarella
  • 5 pickles (chopped)
  • 70 ml yoghurt
Instructions
  1. Mix the cooked quinoa and the ground flax seed and place the mixture on a tart baking tray (22mm). Bake for 20 minutes on 220 degrees.
  2. Scramble the eggs and whisk them good in a large bowl. Add all of the other ingredients and pour the mixture over the baked quinoa-flaxseed base. Bake for another 30 minutes on 200 degrees.
