I had other recipes waiting to be shared with you before this one, but I simply couldn’t wait for its turn. This sandwich is one of the best breakfast meals that I have ever prepared in my life! I personally adore caramelized onion, but its combination with the other ingredients was something that I cannot put into words! I will wait for you to make it and share your heavenly experience with me 🙂

Instructions
- Chop the onions and fry them for 20 minutes on a low temperature, or until it gets translucent. Fry it for another 10 minutes on a medium temperature or until it gets brown. Pour the vinegar, honey, salt and black pepper and stir for another 5 minutes. Set aside the caramelized onion.
- Fry the eggs one by one. Prepare a spread by mixing the mustard and the sour cream.
- For each sandwiche: place a slice of bread, then some mustard-cream spread, then some green salad, than an egg, then a thin slice of mozzarella (I use toast mozzarella) and then add some caramelized onion and cover it all with another piece of bread.
