Healthy Caramelized-Onion Sandwich
I had other recipes waiting to be shared with you before this one, but I simply couldn't wait for its turn. This sandwich is one of the best breakfast meals that I have ever prepared in my life! I personally adore caramelized onion, but its combination with the other ingredients was something that I cannot put into words! balsamic vinegar

slices of mozzarella

handful of green salad

mustard

cooking cream or sour cream

pieces of healthy bread
(protein or wholemeal)
Instructions

Chop the onions and fry them for 20 minutes on a low temperature, or until it gets translucent. Fry it for another 10 minutes on a medium temperature or until it gets brown. Pour the vinegar, honey, salt and black pepper and stir for another 5 minutes. Set aside the caramelized onion.

Fry the eggs one by one. Prepare a spread by mixing the mustard and the sour cream.

For each sandwiche: place a slice of bread, then some mustard-cream spread, then some green salad, than an egg, then a thin slice of mozzarella (I use toast mozzarella) and then add some caramelized onion and cover it all with another piece of bread.
