- Mix the milk, vanilla extract, the cinnamon and the egg in a shallow bowl. Soak each of the bread slices (cut in half) and cook them 1-2 minutes per each side in a cooking pan with heated coconut oil. Cover with a healthy spread or honey and pieces of fruit.
