French Toast

Okay, I can say now that there is no better way to start your day than having French toast for breakfast! Super easy to make and insanely delicious!

Ingredients
  • 4-6 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup of plant milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanila extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 100 g fruit
  • 3-4 tbsp healthy spread or honey
Instructions
  1. Mix the milk, vanilla extract, the cinnamon and the egg in a shallow bowl. Soak each of the bread slices (cut in half) and cook them 1-2 minutes per each side in a cooking pan with heated coconut oil. Cover with a healthy spread or honey and pieces of fruit.
