I present to you the reason why I haven’t eaten french fries for years. It’s because of my discovery, a way to cook potatoes in a much healthier way. On top of that, they are a million times crunchier and tastier! And inside as soft as bread. Try them and find out that your new favorite side dish will be potato wedges!

- Wash the potatoes well and without peeling them, cut them into pieces in the shape of crescents.
- Put the potato slices in a deep bowl and season with salt, chili, and oregano. Put a tablespoon of olive oil and mix well with a wooden spoon to stick the spices on each potato, on each side.
- Pour the potatoes over a baking sheet with pre-placed paper and bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees. Just easy as that!
