Crispy Potato Wedges
I present to you the reason why I haven't eaten french fries for years. It's because of my discovery, a way to cook potatoes in a much healthier way. On top of that, they are a million times crunchier and tastier! And inside as soft as bread. Try them and find out that your new favorite side dish will be potato wedges!

Ingredients

large potatoes

salt or vegetable spice

oregano

Instructions

Wash the potatoes well and without peeling them, cut them into pieces in the shape of crescents.

Put the potato slices in a deep bowl and season with salt, chili, and oregano. Put a tablespoon of olive oil and mix well with a wooden spoon to stick the spices on each potato, on each side.

Pour the potatoes over a baking sheet with pre-placed paper and bake for 30 minutes at 220 degrees. Just easy as that!
