- Mix the peanut butter, honey, and milk well. Add the baking powder, mix again and then slowly add the flour. Stir well until combined.
- Take a baking pan, put some baking paper and pour half of the dough in it. Flatten it well with moist hands. Make some fork marks in the flattened dough.
- Chop the apples thinly into small pieces, add the corn starch, cinnamon, and honey and stir well. Pour the apple mixture over the dough.
- Moist your hands again, take the rest of the dough and spread it over the apple mixture. Bake for 25 minutes over 175 degrees.
- Make a caramel mixture by whisking peanut butter and honey. Spread it all over the pie and let it cool down. Make a Christmas tree shape with a piece of paper, place it over the caramel layer, sprinkle with coconut flour and then remove the paper. Enjoy your sweet Christmas!
