Wholemeal Cheese Muffins

I have been making these delicious muffins for many years, and they are still one of the favorite meals in our home. They are extremely easy to make, tasty and crunchy because they are filled with cheese and seeds, and also they are super-nutritious. You can eat them fresh, followed with a glass of yogurt, you can have them with tea, or you can even make small sandwiches out of them only by cutting them in half amd placing in between a slice of your favorite cheese, veggies and spread. Your whole family will adore them. Bake some love!

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl by using a spoon. Pour from a mixture into a muffin mold (I used 1 molds with total of 18 muffin cups).
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove from the oven, cover muffins with scrambled egg yolk and sesame, and then return them in the oven for another 20 minutes.
