- Boil the pasta in one bowl and fry the chopped onion in another. In the pan with the onion, add the chopped zucchini, pepper, dried basil and previously prepared ground walnuts.
- Combine the mixture in a blender.
- Strain the cooked pasta, put dried basil, olive oil, and sesame seeds on it, and then cook it briefly on low heat.
- Add the pasta to the bowl with the onion and zucchini sauce and stir all the food to make it homogeneous. Serve with grated parmesan.
