One of these days, me and my boyfriend came back from hiking all happy, tired but a bit cold too, so he had a genius idea to try and make some hot orange juice for the both of us as soon as we get home and get all warmed up. Oh, I loved that idea! We imagined it similar to the famous mulled wine served at Christmas markets, but maybe even better and healthier. And he did it. And we LOVED IT. Serve this orange drink as a healthy, comforting drink for cold nights, after demanding physical activities instead of tea or as a part of a healthy breakfast. It is kid friendly too. Enjoy it!
- Pour the freshly squeezed orange juice into a saucepan, add honey and the cinnamon stick, and heat it until warm enough as a hot tea. Pour it into cups and serve.
