Macedonian food has a colorful combination because of influences from the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Thanks to the sun and fertile soil, it is rich in flavors. The climate is perfect for growing an exceptional range of wines, so you should try them too. Here is a recipe for a very popular and delicious Macedonian dish, a pan with rice and chicken. - Sprinkle the meat with 1 teaspoon of salt and put it to boil in a pot of water for about 30 minutes.
- In a baking pan, grease with oil and fry the onion, then add the rice to fry for a few minutes. Add the chopped vegetables, stir and place the cooked meat in the rice pan.
