I present you my latest cookie experiment, which I loved sooooo much! Don’t hesitate to spend 15 minutes in your kitchen to make these incredible easy, tasty and healthy drops of heaven. They are completely flourless and sugarless, and still taste like the best chocolate dessert that you’ve ever tried! Dive in, beautiful people!

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate alongside with the coconut oil, and then add the plant milk. Pour the chocolate into each cup of a silicone mold or of a aluminium muffin mold placed with paper cookie cups.
- Meanwhile blend the dates together with oats in a food processor. Transfer it to a bowl, and add crushed cornflakes, peanut butter, and milk. Wisk all together until roughly combined.
- Place a raspberry or two over each chocolate base, and that add a spoonful of the filling too.
- Melt the Choconella spread with coconut oil and add milk for the covering layer. If you don't have Choconella, make the same chocolate melting as for the base layer. Pour it over each cookie and flatten it with a spoon. Add some melted peanut butter over each cookie and make marbles with a toothpick. Freeze for 2 hours before serving.
