Instructions
- Grind the dates and place them in a bowl. Add the ground hazelnuts, oatmeal, cocoa and milk and mix well. This will give you the mixture that will serve as the base of the cake.
- Pour the mixture on a plate, flatten it with a spoon to make it about 2 cm high, then put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel the oranges and place them in a blender with the vanilla extract. Dissolve gelatin in three tablespoons of cold water on the side, mix, leave for a few minutes and add it to the mixture. Then heat the whole mixture in a saucepan until it heats up and the gelatin dissolves, then pour it into another bowl and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes, until you get a thick mixture.
- Pour the orange mixture over the hardened base mixture, flatten it nicely and cover it with melted dark chocolate and butter. Sprinkle with partially crushed hazelnuts or walnuts for decoration.
- Put the cake in the freezer for another 10 minutes, then take it out and cut it into pieces. Store the cake in the freezer and take out the pieces 10 minutes before serving.
