- Chop the chicken into cubes and season with salt, soy sauce, red pepper and a little bit of oil. Let it stand for 5 minutes in that marinade.
- Fry the chopped onion, scallion and pepper in a little oil, then add the chicken and simmer until soft and firm (15 minutes).
- Add the chopped pineapple and a little corn starch mixed with a bit of pineapple liquid. I recommend using fresh pineapple because it is a healthier version, but it is also made with canned pineapple.
- Add chili, honey and hops and simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat. Serve it with rice or potatoes as a side dish.
