I know how healthy brussels sprouts are, so I decided it to buy some (as we do with many other healthy ingredients), and afterwards come with an idea on how to cook it in a way of creating a healthy, yet delicious meal. This is one of my experimental recipes that turn out to be very good!
Brussels sprouts are named after the veggie’s history of cultivation in Belgium. Part of the cruciferous vegetable family, the sprouts’ cousins include cauliflower, kale, broccoli, cabbage, collard greens, and bok choy.
Low in calories, at yet full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and a little bonus plant protein – this is definitely a vegetable that you want to include in your diet, so let my creativity bring it to you in the most delicious way possible!
