Sweet potatoes are nutritious, high in fiber, very filling, and delicious. They can be eaten boiled, baked, steamed, or fried. For example, the following recipe will give you an excellent source of beta carotene, vitamin C, and potassium. You will also receive a decent source of many other vitamins and minerals. - Wash the potatoes well with water and place them on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle them with oil and salt, then smear nicely on the entire surface. They should be stabbed with a fork in several places and placed in a preheated oven at 190 degrees.
- Meanwhile, chop the avocado and mash it or blend it to get a thick mixture. Add the garlic, chopped tomatoes, and spices in the avocado mixture.
- Mix well the chili guacamole and coat the baked potatoes with it, which you will previously cut lengthwise after removing them from the oven.
- Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese/mozzarella alongside with basil, then put the potatoes back in the oven mto bake for another 5 minutes.
