Get yourself some wholemeal flour at home, so you can afford this pleasure for up to a few times a month. You should also get tomato puree or homemade tomato sauce as a mandatory ingredient, and I will leave the rest to your imagination.

  • Combine the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until a dough is obtained.
  • Leave the dough to stand in a greased bowl for about 1 hour, covered with a cloth.
  • Transfer the dough to a large baking tray with leftover paper. Spread it with wet fingers from the middle and spread the dough towards the ends. You should get a large rectangular pizza with unprinted (thicker) edges - see photos.
  • Coat with tomato puree and chili, then arrange prosciutto, mushrooms and a pinch of salt.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • Add the basil leaves and blue cheese, then return the pizza to the oven until the cheese is melted.
