Wholemeal Blue Cheese Pizza
Get yourself some wholemeal flour at home, so you can afford this pleasure for up to a few times a month. You should also get tomato puree or homemade tomato sauce as a mandatory ingredient, and I will leave the rest to your imagination.

1,5
cup of wholemeal flour
(and a bit more for sprinkling)
-
1
tsp
salt
-
1
tsp
baking powder
-
2/3
cup of lukewarm water
Pizza topping
-
1/2
cup of tomato paste
-
4
pieces of prosciutto

Instructions
-
Combine the dough ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until a dough is obtained.
-
Leave the dough to stand in a greased bowl for about 1 hour, covered with a cloth.
-
Transfer the dough to a large baking tray with leftover paper. Spread it with wet fingers from the middle and spread the dough towards the ends. You should get a large rectangular pizza with unprinted (thicker) edges - see photos.
-
Coat with tomato puree and chili, then arrange prosciutto, mushrooms and a pinch of salt.
-
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
-
Add the basil leaves and blue cheese, then return the pizza to the oven until the cheese is melted.
