An enchilada is a tortilla rolled around a filling and covered with a savory sauce. Enchiladas can be filled with various ingredients, including meats, cheese, beans, potatoes, vegetables or combinations. Sauces can vary from spicy chilli ands salsa sauces, to mild sauces like this one. I love the honey-mustard flavor, so here is one for all the other fans out there 🙂 Trust me, the super-easy making procedure and the final creamy texture will be the reason that you make this popular mexican dish over and over again!

- Chop the chicken breast in thin and small pieces, add salt and black pepper, and then cook them in a frying pan for 20 minutes over high temperature. Add half of the cooking cream, 1.5 tbsp honey, 1.5 tbsp mustard, mint and stir for a few minutes more.
- Spread this mixture over the half of each tortilla, cover it with other half and place them all in a baking pan.
- In the frying pan, add the rest of the cooking cream, 0.5 tbsp honey, 0.5 tbsp mustard, and stir until combined. Pour the mixture over the laying tortillas, and put shredded mozzarella all over it. Bake for 30 minutes over a 180 degrees temperature.
