- Whisk together all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Heat through, whisking occasionally, until hot or very warm. Whisk vigorously right before serving for a foamy top. For its best version, when it is hot enough process it in a blender or whisk it thoroughly with a mixer. I reccomend using glass blender instead of plastic one, so you can avoid it to be turned yellowish because of the turmeric. Hand mixer is the best option though, that way you will get the most bubbly effect.
