This pizza is made with oatmeal dough which not only does not provoke a guilty conscience, but it is also recommended for your health due to the nutrients it contains. And on top of that each of you can make it in just 30 minutes and it tastes just like the standard pizza. Or even better! - Put the oat flakes in a blender and pulse until you get oatmeal. Add the egg whites, baking powder and salt. Pulse until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into a pan previously lined with baking paper. Using a spoon, form a round shape of pizza dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
- Take out the baked dough, coat it with pesto sauce and arrange it with pieces of mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, olives and dried basil. Return the pizza to the oven for 8 minutes until the mozzarella is well melted and the tomatoes are dry.
- Take out the pizza, sprinkle it with basil leaves and enjoy every piece of health.
