- Chop the chicken and add salt and black pepper.
- Chop the onion and fry it in a pan until it becomes glassy. Then add the meat to the pan and fry for about 10 minutes. Add 90ml of wine and simmer until almost completely evaporated (this will make the meat soft and juicy).
- Add the rest of the wine (10ml), mustard, cooking cream, thyme and then mix well.
- Add the parmesan and cook for another 6-7 minutes on low heat.
- Serve with rice, potatoes or pasta.
