Okay, we are literally talking about the easiest cake ever! Grab your favorite coffee mug or other mini baking plate, and just pour inside the mix of ingredients. Microwave for 2 minutes on full temperature, and… Voila! Your only worry will be, what to decorate it with? My choice number one is Choconella and coconut. What’s yours?

2 tbsp wholemeal flour (or oat flour)
1.5 tbsp honey
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp coconut oil (or butter)
1/4 tsp vanila extract
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup of plant milk
1 piece of dark chocolate (optional)

Instructions

Step 1 Pour all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk them together. Use blender or food for best experience.
Step 2 Transfer the homogeneous mixture in your favorite coffee mug or in a small baking plate. Put a piece of dark chocolate inside the mixture if you wish to do so. Microwave on full temperature for about 2 minutes. Decorate as you wish.
