Vegan Dessert With Shredded Oats

You can make this vegan dessert and eat it for breakfast or dessert. It is very tasty and refreshing and believe that all ages will adore it! Prepare it and leave it in the fridge for at least 1 hour for the best taste. Fin the recipe for the healthy jam used as an ingredient on the site.

Ingredients
    Layer 1 and Layer 4
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup of shredded oats
  • 10 g shredded nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Layer 2
  • 1/4 banana (sliced, sicked on the glass walls)
  • 1/3 cup of wholemeal cereals
  • Layer 3
  • 2 tbsp healthy raspberry jam (find recipe in section Spreads)
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Grind the oatmeal and hazelnuts in a blender, add the banana, cocoa and water and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture. Divide the resulting mixture in half to have 1 and 4 layers (1 cup).
  2. Place banana slices on the walls of the cup and fill with expanded whole grains.
  3. Add a layer of healthy raspberry jam and a layer of coconut flakes.
  4. Finish with the fourth layer (the rest of step 1). Garnish with cocoa or fruit if desired.
