Tastiest Cauliflower Mash Ever
This recipe is so easy and healthy that you're simply gonna love it! love mashed potatoes, but not everyone does so I decided to offer you an alternative. This is an awesome alternative, and even people who hate vegetables are gonna love it SO MUCH! Enjoy!

Ingredients

large cauliflower
(cut into florets)

unsalted butter

garlic cloves
(or 1 tsp garlic powder)

cup of plant milk

chopped parsley, basil or arugula

salt

black pepper

grated parmesan

Instructions

Boil the cauliflower florets in 2 cups of water for about 10 minutes or until it gets tender.

In another pan cook the finely chopped garlic on a bit of oil or simply use some garlic powder instead of this phase.

Blend the cauliflower in a food processor together with the salt and pepper. If you cannot do it all at once, do it two or three times, depending on how large is your blender or processor. After that transfer it all to a bowl.

Add milk and butter in the cauliflower mash bowl and stir well until smooth. Add grated parmesan if you wish so and add the chopped herbs for better taste and decoration. I added some dried thyme too and it was delicious! Enjoy!
