Sweet Rice Cakes

Instead of cupcakes, why not rice cakes? The combinations that you can do with those rice cakes are endless. You can use it for breakfast, both sweet or savory, or as a dessert. Ingredients
  • 5 rice cakes
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp sugarless jam or blended fruits
  • 1/2 banana
  • 10 raspberries or any other red fruit
  • 2 tsp ground hazelnuts (for sprinkling)
  • 1 tsp chia seed (for sprinkling)
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (for sprinkling)
  • 1 tbsp melted white chocolate
Instructions
  1. Spread peanut butter or sugarless jam on each rice cake.
  2. Top the jam/peanut butter with fruits.
  3. Sprinkle with chia seed, ground hazelnuts or shredded coconut. Cover the peanut butter rice cakes with melted white chocolate and serve.
