Super Easy Wholemeal Pie

I present to you a delicious wholemeal pie that is incredibly healthy and easy to prepare. Enjoy the flavors!

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp wholemeal flour
  • 5 tbsp cornstarch
  • 15 g baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large carrot
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 50 g olives
  • 100 g cheese
Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs with a mixer in a separate bowl and add the yogurt and the olive oil.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl, then add the egg mixture.
  3. Mix it all together with a spoon and pour it into a pan lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees (depending on the oven).
