  • 40 g whole grain rolled oats (cooked with 1 tsp honey)
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (with 2 tsp honey)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 7-12 pieces of watermelon
  • 7-12 pieces of pineapple
  • 7-12 grapes
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
