Ingredients
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 200-250 ml beer
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
  1. Wash the potatoes well, peel them and cut them into pieces. Put them in a bowl, season them and add the mustard and olive oil. Mix well.
  2. Put the potatoes prepared in this way in a baking pan, cover them with beer, cover them with foil and bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about an hour.
  3. Finally, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
