Spicy Fried Eggs
Eggs are a great choice for breakfast. They are a rich source of protein, which includes 9 essential amino acids. You should also know that egg white does not contain cholesterol, and egg yolk is a source of vitamins A, D, and E. I prefer to combine them in many different variants which I will definitely share with you!
