Oat Granola Bars

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas (mashed in a bowl)
  • 50 g aronia or blueberries (fresh or dried)
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 70 g mixed seed (pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, flax seed)
  • 1.5 cup dry oats
  • 1 tbsp oil (for the baking tray)
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients and press them in a baking tray (on a paper, previously greased with cooking oil). Make sure that the placed mix has a rectangular shape so you could cut it into bars after the baking.
  2. Bake on 180 degrees for 25 minutes and then bake on 210 degrees for 5 minutes. Let them cool down and the cut them into bars.
