Mozzarella Eggs

Ingredients
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 1 tsp chili
  • 1 tsp bukovetz or smoked paprika
  • 10 leaves of lettuce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
  1. Take two plates and cover them with lettuce leaves, and put mozzarella pieces over them. Try to place the mozzarella pieces as evenly as possible so that you can place the eggs nicely on them.
  2. Fry the eggs in olive oil with a little salt (I fry them one by one) and arrange them on the mozzarella as they are ready. Put two eggs in a bowl. Place aluminum foil on the plates so that the finished eggs do not cool while making the others, and the mozzarella can melt due to the heat.
  3. Once the eggs are ready, season them with mint, chili and bukovetz or smoked paprika.
