Homemade Kiwi Mousse

I present you the latest product of my creativity, a simple and yummy dessert that can be done in a matter of minutes. You only need a few simple ingredients and a food processor. Enjoy your healthy snack!

Ingredients
  • 4 kiwis
  • 200 g Greek yogurt (low fat)
  • 1 cup of grated granola (homemade or store bought)
  • 2 tbsp honey (add more if you want it sweeter)
  • 2 tbsp melted Choconella spread or melted dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Place the granola in a food processor and turn it into flour. Add greek yogurt and honey and get a slightly creamy mixture.
  2. Taka a glass, add some of the granola-yogurt mixture, then add chopped kiwis. Add the rest of the mixture and finish again with freshly chopped kiwis. Pour some melted Choconella or dark chocolate all over it. Bon appetit!
