Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup of oats
  • 2/3 cup of buckwheat or quinoa
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of seed mix (flax seed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, sesame)
  • 1 cup of chopped nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts or mix)
  • 2.5 tbsp honey (add more if you want after you taste it at the end)
  • 2 tsp chia seed
  • 2 tsp poppy seed
  • 3 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Mix everything in a bowl and pour it into a baking pan, over a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Take the granola out, mix it a bit with a spoon and bake it for another 5 minutes. Let it cool down and then store it in a jar. It goes perfectly when it is mixed with hot milk and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
