Ingredients
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of plant milk
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. Simply mix the ingredients in a blender and make these healthy american oat pancakes in your regular pan. I used fruit and a choco mixture as decoration (30g melted dark chocolate+1/3 cup of plant milk)
