Ingredients
-
4
bananas
-
1
tbsp
shredded coconut
-
1/3
cup coconut milk
-
2
rows of dark chocolate
-
1
tsp
cocoa
-
1
tsp
peanut butter
Instructions
-
Mix and blend all the ingredients together, pour the mixture into a bowl, and then put it in the freezer. After that, you can serve it in the form of balls with an ice cream spoon.
-
If you have ice cream molds, fill the molds with the resulting mixture, then put them in the freezer. Before serving, just put the molds in a bowl of hot water for about 5 minutes with breaks, then take out the ice cream, dip them in melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.
-
Bonus idea: If you don't have ice cream molds and want to make ice cream on sticks as soon as possible, you can use a package of purchased ice cream or another rectangular dessert instead of a mold. Before removing the purchased ice cream or dessert, you will not open the package by default, but you will cut it at the top in a straight horizontal line so that the package remains in the form of mold. Later you can fill that package (or a few, when you collect it) with vegan ice cream, pierce a stick in the middle, and put it in the freezer.
