Easy & Flourless Cappuccino Cake

For today we have a delicious and light cake, with an incredibly juicy texture and aroma that you will recall for days. And imagine, you need no flour! Completely healthy and recommended for all lovers of sweet delights, and I believe that here we have plenty of them. :) Mmm just imagine this cake in addition to a cup of cappuccino. Perfection!

Ingredients
    First mix
  • 2 eggs (scrambled)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of tahini
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • Second mix
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 2-3 tbsp cappuccino powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 50 g crushed hazelnuts
  • 150 g frozen or raw fruit (optional)
  • 1/2 mashed banana (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Mix the ingredients from the first mixture in a deep bowl.
  3. Add the ingredients from the second mixture and mix with a spoon or processor until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a small baking pan on pre-set baking paper. If you want, add fruit for more intensive taste.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts or decorate to your liking.
