Creamy Potato Salad
Creamy, healthy, refreshing and incredibly tasty salad. If I have to choose out of the many ways to make potatoes, this is one of my favorite. This salad can represent a tasty side dish to any main meal or itself can represent a main dish used for lunch or dinner salad. It is totally up to you the way you'll fit it into your menu. Ingredients

cucumber

red radishes

sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

Peel the potatoes and put it in a saucepan so they can be boiled.

Meanwhile, chop the onion, cucumber and radishes into small pieces.

Mix the sour cream (or Greek yogurt) and mustard in a separate bowl to get a homogeneous mixture.

Once the potatoes are cooked, chop them into small pieces in a bowl, add salt, chopped onion, cucumber, radish and sour cream and mustard mixture.

Mix well and decorate with small pieces of spring onion and finely chopped radish.
