Ingredients
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 200 g quinoa
  • 1 avocado
  • 150 g feta cheese or mozarella
  • 2 tbsp homemade honey-mustard-sesame sauce
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red paprika
  • 2 tbsp mix seeds
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp garlic spread
Instructions
  1. Boil the eggs and the quinoa, and chop all of the other fresh ingredients.
  2. Place the quinoa first in a large plate and then arrange all of the other products.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese with the honey-mustard-sesame sauce, mix it all, and enjoy!
