Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 tbsp protein powder (I used one with chocolate flavoring )
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup of plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. I used chocolate protein powder, if you don't have one, you can use a regular protein powder and add some cocoa powder. Heat a pan and pour from the mixture with a spoon and shape round pancakes. Fry them for a minute or two from each side.
